What is Dad Day?

Dad Day is a newsletter and community for dads who want to get better. We cover fatherhood, fitness, gear, mindset, and the occasional minivan review. No gurus. No politics. Just real life.

Is Dad Day faith-based?

Dad Day isn’t tied to any specific religion. We talk about character, discipline, leadership, and being a man your kids can count on. Those ideas show up in a lot of belief systems and also outside of them. Some of us are people of faith. Some aren’t. The common ground is wanting to be better dads. That’s it.

Are you parenting experts?

Nope. We’re not doctors. Not therapists. Not child psychologists. We’re dads. Everything shared here comes from experience, conversation, and curiosity. If something is medical, legal, or serious, talk to a professional.

Is Dad Day a men’s coaching brand?

Hell no. We’re not a mastermind. Not a men’s coaching program. Not a high-performance club. Dad Day is about practical growth and real conversations. No posturing. No buzzwords. No branding your masculinity.

Is this one of those online “build your legacy” programs?

Again, hell no. No frameworks. No internet guru energy. Dad Day is content, community, and real life. That’s it.

Can I submit an article?

Not at this time. We occasionally feature stories from within the Dad Day community, but we’re not accepting open submissions right now. If that changes, we’ll make noise about it.

How often do you send emails?

Three times a week. Monday. Wednesday. Friday. Short enough to read with your coffee. Useful enough to forward to a friend.

Is the Slack group free?

Yes. You do have to fill out a quick form to join. We’re building real community and keeping the trolls out.

Do you work with brands?

Yes, but selectively. If we wouldn’t use it, wear it, drive it, or drink it, we won’t promote it. Partnerships are built around trust with our audience first.
