Happy Friday gents. Weekend’s here. Had a cool dad moment this morning. Met up with Luke from Greenville who was in Charleston. Love seeing this community spill over into real life meetups.
Have an awesome weekend. See ya Monday.
PS: If you’re new here, we mix it up on Fridays with a quick recap from the week and a few extra gems to head into the weekend right.

FROM THE TRENCHES
Topic: An Inbox For Your Kid
One dad shared a creative idea that hit home with a lot of us: he set up an email account for his son when he was just two days old.
Anytime something notable happens—first haircut, starting daycare, even the not-so-fun stuff like a six-day fever breaking—he fires off an email. Sometimes it’s big milestones, sometimes it’s just, “I’m at the airport bar after a trip and can’t wait to see you.”
Seventeen months in, there are already 32 messages waiting for his son to open someday. The subject lines alone tell a story: “Welcome to the world,” “Your first haircut,” and yes, even “I cut your thumb.”
It’s a low-cost, simple way to build a memory bank your kids can revisit when they’re older. No fancy apps needed, just a Gmail account and a little intentionality.
