Liquid electrolyte and trace mineral drops added to any beverage

He didn’t ask for it. But dang, do we appreciate a side business. You just met Dave Allee above. His side hustle? Ranger Bison — hickory-smoked bison jerky done the slow, right way. Why it hits: 27g protein per serving

Partner Ya. We’re talking meat sticks today. I kept getting hit with Paleo Valley ads and finally decided to give ’em a shot. Not gonna lie… they’re legit. So good, I actually reached out to their team to snag a discount for the Dad Day crew. These have been my go-to protein snack the past few weeks. Bonus: my kids crush ’em too. Here’s why I like ‘em:

This might not be the sexiest thing we’ve featured, but after trying a bunch of electrolyte powders, this one stuck. And let’s face it, most of us are probably under-hydrated anyway. No weird junk. No neon chemicals. Just straightforward electrolytes that do their job without wrecking your stomach or leaving a bad aftertaste.

Dry January is popping off in the Dad Day Slack, so this showed up right on time. Electro Lime from Best Day Brewing is the real deal…sea salt and lime. Cold, crisp, and zero regrets the next morning. Pro dad move: drop a real lime in it and call it a win.

Got HSA money you need to burn before year’s end? This is the move. The Solo Outdoor Sauna from Redwood Outdoors is small, sleek, and unapologetically just for you. HSA/FSA eligible Starts around $163/month

It only felt right to feature the sauna Peter (above) helped bring to life. Plus, we love a good story. Peter and his co-founder didn’t set out to start a sauna brand. They were on a run in 2022 talking life, family, and work when COVID fallout forced a hard reset. Instead of shutting things down, they decided to build something better from scratch. High-quality cedar, faster lead times, made close to home. A few months later, SISU sold its first sauna and never looked back. A simple, two-person barrel sauna made from western red cedar. Low maintenance. Built to last. Perfect for early mornings or quiet nights when you just need a reset. Available for as low as $364/month with Affirm + HSA eligible.
